"Helpful support, anyone else had the same?"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They were helpful and got it sorted fairly quickly, which I appreciated. Curious if others have had a similar experience, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it

"I ordered from here and was a little..."
I ordered from here and was a little worried about how the parcel would show up, because you never really know... but it arrived in totally plain packaging. Nothing obvious on it at all, no weird labels or names, just looked like a normal delivery. It came quickly too, and everything inside was packed properly. Really relieved and happy with it, so yeah, I’d order again

"Showed up right when I needed it"
I’m a little biased because I really appreciate fast shipping, but this delivery made me happy. It came quickly, arrived on time, and everything was totally fine with no issues at all.

I wasn’t very impressed. The selection looked a lot bigger online, but in person it felt limited, especially if you don’t want the same basic styles everyone else has. A few things also felt kind of cheap for the price, so the quality wasn’t really what I expected. On top of that, the reminders/messages felt way too aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back

"Pretty good value overall"
I ordered a couple of small bits from here the other week, mostly because I was already comparing prices online while having a coffee, and these worked out cheaper than a few other sites I checked. Nothing too dramatic, but the prices felt fair for what I got. Delivery was fine as well, arrived without any hassle. Overall it felt like good value for money and I’d probably use them again.
